Tiny Talk Tuesday

School started last week. The kids have been talking, about their teachers, their friends, new friends, new teachers, even a new school bus (driven by our favorite driver.)

JT answered the phone one afternoon, after school. My friend asked him how he was liking school:
My teacher is great. I thought the 3rd grade teachers would be boring, but my teacher is fun.

---------------------------------
One day ED had some problems listening, and earned himself some restricted recess. Here is his description of his punishment:
I had to jump rope, it wasn't a lot of fun. (hence, a restricted recess activity.)

---------------------------------
Friday the whole family went into the school, Hubby had off and the boys wanted him to meet their teachers. First we dropped off ED. As we were saying bye, in front of the teacher, ED gave everyone hugs.

JT went up to him and began giving him a "big brother hug." (see where I'm going with this.) As with any big brother hug it turned into a wrestling match, which landed both boys on the floor, ED on the bottom.

I quickly picked up JT, said our hasty goodbyes to the shocked teacher and headed down the hall way. ED needed a little Daddy attention, but soon recovered. JT was also a little shocked by the spill, but he too recovered.

Will our image recover? I haven't seen the teacher since last week. The boys may be riding the bus from now on.

Happy Tiny Talk Tuesday. For more fun head over to Mary's at Not Before 7.

Love the boy hugs! That is hilarious. Wonder what the teacher thought of that...

Happy TTT!
