Any ideas? Anyone?
While walking around Philly the other week we would see these characters embedded at different crosswalks. Some with writing, like this one, others with just the figure, and in different colors.
Of course, I could Google these silly characters, but what fun is that. I would rather ask you. So, any ideas? Anyone? Anyone?
