Stay-At-Home?

I don't consider our family over scheduled. And until this afternoon I didn't consider our family mildly scheduled.

The kids participate in a local university's case study program, meaning a college student comes over once a week and plays with the children. The kids love this, an "older kid" comes and plays with them, giving them one-on-one attention.

Anyway, today a student called to schedule a time. Well let's see, depending on which child they may not be available during the day and at some point in time our evenings became packed with activities. These days afternoons are good since naps are becoming a pleasant memory, but not too late because it then runs into the evening's events.

Today another person, who had spent two days trying to get hold of me asked, "aren't you a stay-at-home mom?" Oh, staying home one day would be nice.
