When you are a parent you have two choices; either laugh at the situation, or hide.
(Just don't let the kids see you laugh.)

Confessions of a Parent
What are the crazy things you do as a parent? There is the insane things we do, like singing "Twinkle Twinkle", a little too loudly, with your munchkin while walking through the grocery store. Or the gross, like eating your kid's half eaten cookie or the chocolate bar you fished out of the trash (not that I would know). Tonight I saw a preview for the new movie Baby Mama. A mother character sees a dirt mark on her son and says "is that chocolate or is that poop?" she then licks the mark to check and discovers it is chocolate. All the time she has that mother exuberance we all have when playing with our kids. Moms must confess, we live in our own reality; licking the dirt mark on our kids arm is cute, everyone in the store loves our rendition of "Twinkle Twinkle", and the chocolate, well if you are a mom you understand the chocolate craving.
