Home At Last

We arrived home today around 5:30pm, after a week at family camp in Canada. We left last Friday, spent the night near Buffalo, NY and visited with friends that evening. The following Saturday we arrived in northern Ontario. We enjoyed a week of hanging out with old friends, making new friends, spiritual renewal, swimming, canoeing, camp fires, and all the other regular camp stuff.

Everyone who went to camp as a kid raise your hands. Enjoying a week at family camp takes you back to that time, but now you can enjoy it with your family.

So after a week of late nights, early mornings, great food (yes camp can have delicious food), walking up hills (both ways), and another 12 hours of driving (divided into two days) we are home. The laundry is piled high and we are exhausted but good exhausted.
