Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all mothers, hope your day was relaxing and enjoyable.

This week my children have been busy making cards and pictures, at home and at school. Thursday my 1st grader came home with a gift (a potted flower) in a paper bag he decorated. On the bag he wrote "Hape Mudrs Day." When I looked at "Mudrs" I had to laugh since the word he wrote looked more like murder then mother. Oh, how some days I think that the animals who eat their young have the right idea. No matter now it is spelt I love being a mother, even the bad days. And I will continue to enjoy the pictures my kids make for me, their hugs and kisses, and the constant "mommy, mommy, mommy" (ok, maybe not the constant momming, but I do love the attention they give me.)
