When you are a parent you have two choices; either laugh at the situation, or hide.
(Just don't let the kids see you laugh.)

Tiny Talk Tuesday
Last week I shared EM's version of the nativity story.
This past weekend she shared a new version (to a 4-year-old there are many versions):
EM: Gabriel came to Mary and told her she would have a baby. Mary looked at Gabriel and asked him if the baby was in his tummy, it was. She said "I don't want the baby, it is red." {EM makes a grimace face, as if this is the face Gabriel is making} he didn't want a red baby in his tummy.
I'm a little afraid of sending my daughter to Sunday school, a little afraid of what stories she is telling her teacher.
I'm a little afraid of sending her to preschool, then again with Christmas soon approaching she will hear the correct story, over and over and over again.
Speaking of preschool, yesterday EM told her teacher that when her teacher "tires" (she meant retire) then she should call EM and EM would come teach. (After 6 straight years of our children I'm afraid her teacher may retire at the end of this year.)
Happy Tiny Talk Tuesday. For more fun head over to Mary's @ Not Before 7.

Love how their little heads get all the information all jumbled up!! it comes out so funny!
Bible stories through fresh (albeit slightly confused) eyes - so funny! :)
So cute...love her "version". Nothing is cuter than their recall.
Happy TTT!
